Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step in reorganizing your space and turning your piles into files! The File Fairy will take you through the following steps to develop a specific plan with your Organizing Style in mind.
Step 1 - Getting Started
Initial Call – During our initial phone consultation, we will gain a greater understanding of the organizing services you are interested in. We will discuss the room(s) that you are seeking assistance with and answer questions you may have about the process. At the end of this call, we will schedule your assessment visit.
Step 2
Assessment Visit – This will be the File Fairy’s first visit to your location. During this 1 hour visit, we take a walk through the area to gain a better understanding of the information gathered during our initial call. The Assessment Visit allows us the opportunity to discuss what is working for you and identify opportunities for improvement. File Fairy will provide simple solutions to begin the organizing process during this very first visit. We will work together to create a vision for the space and begin creating a plan that works best for your space and budget!
Step 3
One-on-One Organizing Session(s) – After the Assessment Visit, we will discuss the needs of the space you are wishing to organize and create a plan using organizing sessions (amount varies depending on individual client needs). These sessions will have you working one-on-one with our professional organizer to de-clutter your space and create a system and process that meets your family and/or business needs. We will sort, clear, clean, and organize so that the end result is a space that is efficient and allows you to be productive. Having someone to guide you through the process will make organizing easier. During these sessions, we will provide you with tips on how to maintain your space as acquiring new things is an inevitable part of any home/office.
Step 4
Free File Fairy Follow-Up – Once your space is organized, we will continue to follow-up for one month to ensure that the system we worked together to implement is meeting your needs and is easy to maintain.
